5 nights in South Luangwa
Stay 5 nights in the beautiful Kafunta River Lodge in the South Luangwa national park.
We will do morning, afternoon and evening game drive to see animals that are active during different times of the day. Game drives start with the special crossing at the pontoon over the Luangwa river. Which leads to the more remote areas of the national park and have extraordinarily good wildlife sightings.
While wildlife can be seen during the game drives, you will also see plenty of animals from your lodge; Be it a family of elephants, a few giraffes, an inquisitive puku, a discreet water-monitor lizard, a couple of saddle-billed storks there is always something to observe.
During your free time, relax in the infinity pool with amazing views and enjoy the natural hot tub that is heated by a hot spring.
Buy local handicrafts in the village shops and learn about conservation and community projects.
Your food is served during morning teas and light breakfast, buffet brunches, afternoon teas and four course dinners.
During your stay you can sleep in the Bush camp; three rivers. Here you fall a sleep in star bed directly under the night sky. During day time you can lay on the daybeds while you see animals strolling by an amazing wilderness experience you won't forget. Besides game drive you can also opt to take a walking safari from Three Rivers Bush camp.
3 nights in Lower Zambezi
A drive plus flight will bring you to the Lower Zambezi national park to Stay 3 nights in the Royal Zambezi Lodge.
The Royal Zambezi Lodge is a perfect place to regain energy, with either doing nothing at all (which we call DNA) and treat yourself with a relaxing Spa treatment while you gaze over the Zambezi river. The spa is a regular winner of the world luxury spa awards. Swim in the pool to cool down and enjoy yourself, gaze over the river and watch what comes by. Chat with friends or family on the deck and have your favorite drink at the bar.
Rather be active ? Then there is plenty to do, more game drives and walking safaris, birdwatching, angling, a river cruise or canoeing.
3 nights in Livingstone / Victoria Falls
Watch Wildlife from pool in Lower Zambezi Lodge
Another flight and drive will take you to Chundukwa River Lodge, which is located on a horse ranched and will be your sanctuary to explore the Victoria falls in combination with a visit to vibrant Livingstone.
During your stay at Chundukwa, you can enjoy and relax and join the sunset river cruise to observe birds, crocodiles and elephants with stunning backdrops. A visit to Victoria falls to see the majestic fall from close by.
Other possible activities are horse safari, mountain biking, birdwatching, catching your own fish meal, also fun for children.
Or visit a local village and learn about their cuisine and traditions.
